By focusing on our strengths in the area of IT Management solutions, the demand for our services is now unprecedented. As requests for our SolarWinds Consultancy, Installation, and Training services have almost doubled over the last twelve months, we will continue to recruit and add to our team of specialist Technical personnel throughout the upcoming year ahead.
Company investment in internal training and development, coupled with the availability of Business related qualifications through Greater Brighton Metropolitan College, sees six employees undertaking various levels of apprenticeships this year to enable them to develop within their roles. This natural internal career progression will allow Prosperon to grow organically and focus on increasing numbers in our Sales, Customer Services, and Admin teams.
